The recipe for this Italian Christmas Pudding Cake caught my eye, after watching the Christmas episode of Nigella Lawson’s; ‘Nigellissima, An Italian Inspired Christmas‘. It looked like a striking addition to the standard Christmas fayre.
This recipe was included in Nigella Lawson’s; “Nigellissima, An Italian Inspired Christmas” shown on the BBC but not included in the recipes on the bbc.co.uk/food website. I found it on Nigella’s own website and will be giving it a go this Christmas.
